Unfortunately, it’s been a “perfect storm” of circumstances that have impacted our fulfillment times. Our recent sale generated more orders than we anticipated, and shortly after, a major snowstorm in Texas disrupted our operations, causing additional delays. On top of that, we are in the process of moving warehouses to accommodate a larger inventory for our upcoming spring line, which requires additional storage space and has further slowed our ability to ship orders as quickly as we’d like.
We will be working around the clock to get these orders out to you as quickly as possible. We understand how frustrating this delay is, and we are doing everything we can to speed up the process.
