What you will need for a Return and Exchange!

You will need your order number which is in your email confirmation or in the invoice in your package! You will also need the zip code that your order was shipped to! If you would like to exchange/ return a Gift please reach out to our customer service team with your name and address and we will provide you with a gift card and return label for your gift!

Holiday Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Burlebo Purchase! If it's not quite right, we would love to help! For purchases made between 11/01 and 12/24, returns and exchanges are extended to 1/31/2025! We will accept return and exchanges from Black Friday and Cyber Monday if they were item not on our sale page!   

Please Note:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached. 
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Discounted / Special Offer items cannot be returned unless damaged (including MYSTERY BAGS).
  • Returns/ Exchanges only accepted if purchase through Burlebo directly. 
  • Any Caps send back inside a plastic bag will not be refunded/ exchanged. 

Standard Policy

For online purchases through the Burlebo website outside of the holiday window, returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from deliver date. More information for exchanges and returns below! 

 

 Burlebo Exchange Policy:

We accept exchanges as long as the product was not on sale, discontinued, visibly worn, or damaged. Please note that Mystery Bags are considered on-sale items and are not eligible for exchange. Promotional items are also not exchangeable.

If the size you ordered doesn't fit or you'd like a different design, click the link above to begin the exchange process. Please allow up to 14 days for processing after we receive the returned item. Our customer care team will reach out if we have any questions.

If the value of your exchange is less than the returned item(s), we’ll refund the difference according to our return policy. We do not charge for shipping on exchanges.

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

 

Burlebo Return Policy:

We accept returns for credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on items purchased directly from us, as long as the product is not on sale, discontinued, visibly worn, or damaged. Mystery Bags are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales of gift cards and promotional items are final.

For a full refund, the product must be returned within 30 days of receipt, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note: If a discount was applied to your purchase, the refund will reflect the discounted price, not the original price of the item.

Once your return request is processed, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

 

FAQ:

  1. Can I return items from multiple orders in one package? YES! You may ship it back in one package but please include the order numbers which you are returning so Distribution Center knows which orders to refund! 
  2. My return package shows Delivered, but I haven't received my refund yet.? Once your package has reached our warehouse please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed! Once it is processed it may take up to 7 business days to it to reflect back on your account depending on your bank! 
  3. What is your Holiday return policy? Merchandise purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price (this includes discounts added to orders) to your original form of payment through January 31 the following year!
