Change your mind? Need a different size or color? As long as your product is unworn, unused, or unwashed and within 30 days of receipt, all you need to do is the following:

Burlebo® accepts exchanges as long as the product is not on sale at the time of purchase, discontinued, visibly worn or damaged. Promotional items are not eligible for exchange. If the size you ordered does not fit properly or you would prefer a different design, please print our exchange form above and follow the instructions. Please allow up to 14 days for processing and our customer care team will contact you if we have any questions. If the total value of your exchange is less than the value of the returned items, we will refund you the difference according to our return policies. If the total value of your exchange is greater than the value of the returned items, please include your credit card information or a check made payable to BURLEBO®. We do not charge shipping on shipments for exchanged items. Product exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Burlebo® accepts returns for credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through our company as long as the returned product is not on sale at the time of purchase, discontinued, visibly worn or damaged. All sales of gift cards and promotional items are final and are not eligible for return. For full refunds, the product must be returned within 30 days of receipt, and we can only issue credit to the original form of payment.
